Mentor Meet-Up Tuesday

The Desert Business Association launches "Mentor Meet-Up Tuesdays," an informal mentoring program for DBA members. Mentor Tuesdays will help assist our small and diverse business owners to identify and address challenges within their organization. Our first session will take place on Tuesday, June 25, from 8:00am to 9:30am at Play Lounge, 2825 E Tahquitz Canyon Way, Palm Springs.
 
These sessions are limited to 15 participants, all DBA members, to facilitate a focused environment. Attendees can openly share their experiences, discuss challenges, and seek guidance from peers. We will also include long-time, experienced businesspeople who have addressed their own company challenges and can share their recommendations.


 
In the session, we will briefly learn about each person’s business and gain insight on their business needs. Areas for support can include writing a business plan, staffing challenges, business development, and navigating complex business practices. Mentor Meet-Up Tuesdays aims to provide a space where you can find the support and encouragement you need.
